partime university in usa

hello blackhatters... am very sorry if i posted this question in the wrong coz am always afraid to post in this forum even tho i have a big something to share.. but any ways. my question goes.. is there a university in the usa or canada that allows someone to study abroad or an IT program that allows international student? my budget on this is 5,000 usd please i dont know if my question is clear. but any one who can help me out on this will be rewarded 30usd thanks... i studied programming in a school called aptech in nigeria. basically now am running a web design company and a seo consultant am making it in this aspect, but my mom and dad are so frastrating me that i need to go university plus my gf is now involve... hope u understand what i mean. please and help or suggestion will be apriciated

$5000 no way dude. You need to have atleast $20K to $30K in order to study in US Universities. Even online universities over here charge over $10,000.

I'm not an expert on Online Universities but I do suggest researching some in the States that allow you to study what you need, and call them up.
There are also certificates and such too for much less, depends on what you're learning.
The truth is though, not many people here take Online College seriously, keep that in mind. But as for a physical location to travel toward, I believe that's common in College. You will need the money but ask the right questions to the staff and they'll lead you to the right one.
Keep your $30 too. Someone who only helps people for money is scum in my eyes.
