It depends on TOS of your parking company but usually (sedo, namedrive) any kind of promotion of your parked domain is not allowed.

You need domains with type-in traffic. Unfortunatelly those domains are almost all registered nowadays, so you would have to buy some in auction. Parked domains are usually sold for 12-24 months revenue.

...or use Benepark to earn without any type-in traffic.

I don't know Benepark but I guess it's something like Whypark or Noomle? Generated or somehow spinned content, placed into simple template

Yes, you are right. Benepark mashes-up the appropriate content targeted to the website keywords. Mashed-up content still works fine for SEs. 200 pages of such combined, non-unique, but real content works better than 10 pages of unique, but non-catching content, written by an average freelancer for a couple of bucks. Benepark performs better than Whypark and Noomle.

It is impossible for me to post a link there, just google for "benepark".

How benepark compare with other parked companies like hotkeys.com or sedo.com?

    It's quite different:
Hotkeys and Sedo utilizes your domain type-in and backlink traffic. If your domain is new and/or undeveloped, you earn with them almost nothing (even not enough to repay your domain cost).

Contrary to them, Benepark rises SE traffic. Minisites' pages we develop attract SE traffic, so even new domains go well after a month or two.
