Park Domains yourself?

I have seen lately alot of websites that is only alot of adChoices ads and probably an article describing what the website is about , and the domain owner would just backlink to that domain and make paid avertisements , so i thought that might be better than just parking it with a parking service like sedo . You choose your own template and and where to place the advertisements , and you can backlink to your domain as you like . Would this be considered a profitable way to use a domain name ?

It's better to keep it if you can get ads related to the domain name. If not, give it to sedo.

Which are you trying to do, mainly. Aftermarket sales or earn higher PPC?
