Parental Control App?

Hi, I’m looking for a specific parental control app both IOS & Android, for my kids and I been doing some digging the Google Family Link does seem to work but its doesnt have the ability to check on their WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger,

mspy.com on the other hand serve closely to my purpose but their price tags is so not friendly. Do you know or have any other Parent Control apps thats suit fit to my needed.
