Yeah, i have seen Pinterest rank in difficult niches too. I can share the keyword but the guy who ranked it did a good job. This stuff happens sometimes, anomalies or not. No idea.
Just have to keep testing what works and fuck google. I have seen killing scam products = good business model in almost every industry right now. So that's what i am milking now with parasites at least
Fake gurus are getting lesser views than guru roasters these days.

See algorithms are dumb for newer keywords. You can use shitty links, shitty articles and shitty domains to rank fast.
If you are trying to rank for a new game free download type keywords, you can just do it on pinterest, etc and blast GSA and other shitty links.
You will probably rank fast and content literally doesn't matter.
That's what shitty seos do to make a lot of money (for them 2010 seo still works! Sarkar is god for them)
If you have 200-500 dollars to blow, just find a keyword that is very new (some new product's review, or something that's a fad)
Make a parasite and blast it with cheap links.
You will rank af! Heck I use this strategy to make my ecom a lot of money (cross promote over shitty products you find on offervault, jvzoo, clickbank etc)

Google is not as smart as you think it is. Find new keywords, do 2010 seo using your own site or using a parasite.
Google takes sweet time to adjust for new keywords. It is difficult to rank for "best mattress for side sleepers" but pretty easy to rank for " "freedom 9to5 review" etc but those are scammy clickbank products. I don't recommend pushing them
You can make 1000/day with both the keywords I have mentioned above
And seo knowledge to rank mattress keyword >>> clickbank reviews.

You have to find out your monetization methods. Coz I don't know what you'll like. I do affiliate marketing, Ecom and services.
Never tried gaming hack, or dating offers or any lead gen thing.
I will recommend you to start with local seo stuff, @Holzr did a parasite + local case study recently and I think something like that is easier for people who are new or are trying after a long time and you make a lot of money
Depends on the links that tumblrs have, you can judge the quality like that.
But local niches are easier in people's opinions
