I have one off topic question. What type of conversion is the best for the website on which i want to do SEO?

Parasite SEO still works decently, especially on newer sites that haven't been used for this purpose a lot.
 
I can be wrong but the parasite SEO is not rather:

1. Ranking Pages
2. Extracting authority and link to your website.
3. Online reputation management ... how to take over the serps
