Just a quick Google search shows that this guy "Charles Floate" is a paedophile. I am not sure why anyone would want to take SEO advice from such a person.

Parasite SEO is easy, You can follow these steps:

1) Figure out the website or blog ranked on Google for particular keywords.
2) Retrieve the sitemap of that website.
3) Use AI to rewrite the articles on that website and post that to your website.
4) Use indexers to index your posted article.
