I'm paranoid about getting in trouble for uploading free movies to YouTube. Has anyone ever got in trouble for doing it or not?

@OP, if you're already getting paranoid about some video's getting removed (it's very unlikely you'll get sued) stay away from drugs

Lol, if you are really worried might be best to do some other method that lets you sleep easy at night

Never heard of anything worse happening than accounts being banned though
