Paranoid or Real Concern? GMB management

Hey all .. I would be very appreciative of any advice about GMB management

I currently have 4 Local GMBs tied to one email. They're not spam. Real locations etc.

I've had some success with ranking and have friends that want me to manage their accounts .. is it safe for me to tie them under the same email account and chrome browser? As the other two locations are located all over the country ..

If not do I need to use a proxy? Another computer? Another browser?

Lastly, I currently use express VPN.. ive never had a problem but is that risky?

I always set my gmbs' up with each having their own email address. All my gmbs stand alone from each other. A vpn, while good for protecting your online, the VPN ips are often blocked because they are abused by so many other users. you might look at: hikeseo.co. and maybe local vikiing to help manage multiple gmbs. good luck.

Hey Sunny.. thanks so much for taking time out of your day to respond.. my follow up question would be if im logging into 4 different Google my business around the world on their own logins is that suspicious since they're all tracked to my IP? I'm not using any black hat techniques but still.. rather be safe than sorry lol

OP are the 4 gmbs in the same niche? if yes using the same IP 'maybe' an issue. If they are all different niches - probably not an issue.

I'd rather stay on the safe side and use different proxies. If the businesses are legit and making decent money I don't see the point of cutting corners on this one.

I am currently managing 3 via my own account though in different niches... And a few of customer ones and havent had any problems. If it affects ranking I am not sure though I doubt it.

I think you should keep everythink separate.

Please look up firefox portable.

So how do agencies handle dozens/hundreds of listings at the same time?

Speaking from my experiences, I never put more than 5 on one account. Use Local Viking and save time on management.

If you aren't doing anything blackhat then you should be fine.

General rule of thumb with GMBs is leave as little to none footprint between accounts so if one is ever comprised it does not affect the others. Who knows what G might flag, but it takes a lot of effort to reduce the footprint that much.

The email associated on all the GMBs should be at least a few years old, frequently logged into, uses G services, used to sign up account on other platforms, have a lot of location and personal data attached to it. This is a big part of what would flag your account, if you pass this check the it should be fine.

UserAgent cleaner/modifier
Dedicated residential mobile proxies
GeoImgr

Hey, if I want to manage multiple fake GMBs, which I created with different proxies, could I use one LocalViking account to manage them all safely without being flagged or having somehow an connection between these accounts?
