My concern is that everything related to the TikTok ad account is US related, but then the Shopify store itself would be outside of the US, and I can't really/not willing to try and spoof Shopify as well. Would this cause a ban too? Or perhaps installing the TikTok Pixel manually via code will bypass all this unnecessary info sharing?

Checklist of things (maybe a bit paranoid or exaggerated) that you need to do to avoid being identified:​

1) Proxy: buy a regular ipv4 proxy (costs something like $2.5, depends on the country) and it should be enough. If you have a big budget, buying a mobile proxy would be ideal, of course.
2) Do not use VPN
3) Do not use shared proxy
4) Don't use the same proxy for two different accounts

5) A multilogin browser: I particularly use Dolphin, but there are other options that are also partially free, depending on your needs. This is a MUST, create a profile with unique fingerprints, put in your proxy and be happy.
6) It is not enough to download another browser and put a proxy on it
7) It is also not enough to download Firefox Mobile and put a proxy on it. Maybe it is enough if you download several privacy extensions and to manipulate the countless fingerprints of your computer.

8) A new credit card: Ideally, you have the option for your own bank to create as many virtual cards as you need, for free. Don't worry about your name, they won't block you for that. You can also buy a VCC and use high-quality services (check the forum marketplace) to do the top-up. Or use PayPal to make payments for FB/TT Ads invoices.
9) Block/delete the card after your account is banned, do not use that card again. Create or buy another one. If you used it and your account was automatically blocked, even though you did not spend a dime on it, forget about it, it is already blacklisted.
10) Be careful about the card zipcode. It is strange if you have an ad account from a supposed German company and at the same time have a credit card with a Paraguayan zipcode, it is suspicious and attracts the attention of the platform.

11) Change the domain. Just migrate the site, if you use WP, there are several plugins to do the migration in a few minutes. After your account is blocked, of course your domain will be blacklisted and if you try to use it again, your account will probably be suspended right after you click on ''publish ad''.
12) Before cloning the site, delete all pixels (FB/TT/Pinterest/Snapchat, etc), preferably go to FTP to delete the plugins and prevent the old pixel from a blocked account from being triggered by a new domain.. doing so will throw everything away. If possible, delete everything in your site's database related to these pixel plugins...so that the reinstallation of the pixel plugin is really from scratch.

13) Forget the old pixel. Don't try to transfer from account to account. Don't try to create intermediaries. This will probably increase the risks of your account being flagged.
14) Create new ads. If you want to use the old ads, that's fine. But just to be safe, upload the video in Canva, make small adjustments (color editing, cutting 1 second from the video, and readjusting the size, for example). This way you will upload videos that were never previously uploaded to the platform, have names/date of creation, etc, everything is different from your old video, even though it is (almost) the same for your audience.
15) If you buy a new ad account, please log in specifically at: m.facebook.com and https://ads.tiktok.com/i18n/login
Why? I don't know, but this is always recommended to avoid being banned as soon as you log in for the first time.

16) Don't use watermarked videos to make ads. Use sites like Snaptik to remove the watermark, make small adjustments to the video, do not publish an original video.

17) When changing site/domain, delete ALL information that could make you identifiable as the owner of the previous site. Change the phone/addresses, change the email addresses in the footer, edit the privacy policies, change the colors of the site, don't just make an exact clone of the old site. Oh, and delete the previous domain, since in this case the guide is written for people who rely 100% on paid traffic and without paid traffic, there is no point in keeping an empty site active.

18) If you need to send documents to recover an account, do not use them several times for different accounts, these images are archived for a few months on the servers of these social networks to catch lazy people. It would be best to use your own document, no fake profiles or fake documents created with templates. If you use your own document, you can simply take several pictures at different angles/scenarios and they will be unique pictures, which is especially indicated if you want to create a Stripe/PayPal account instead of creating fake people.

19) Don't use the same e-mail address to create different accounts.
20) Don't use the same phone to create different accounts.
21) Use email providers like gmail, outlook, yahoo, etc. Don't use disposable temporary emails or from dodgy and strange domains.
22) If you need to receive a SMS to confirm your account, do not use the same number on different accounts, do not use free (and public) websites to receive SMS.
23) If you are going to buy an advertising account, try to buy one that has the cookies from the browser used to create the account included in the purchase.

I got caught, now what?
Start from scratch, your previous domain, card, pixel and ad account have been blacklisted

Buy another domain, clone your previous site, make changes and edits to the new site, changing the design a bit, change the theme, delete all mentions of the previous site, change the email/physical address/phone/footer information. Create/buy another disposable virtual card. Make another email. Create or buy a new ad account. If you are going to create it, use new and unique information, or use your own name, but with changes in other details like the address/email/phone, etc. If you buy a new ad account, login at the links I mentioned above. In this case, make sure you use a proxy from the same country as the account. The best would be German card, German account and German proxy for example. The more random and different countries are, the higher your chances of being blocked.

Have you been blocked and are going to create a new account? Then you need to:

• new credit card
• new domain
• new proxy
• new multilogin browser profile
• new fingerprints
• new ad account
• new pixel
• new video ads
• new phone number
• new email
• new business name
• new physical address
• new photos

''Ah, but I transfer my old pixels to my new accounts, use the same card and have never been banned.''

Okay, that is why the guide was made for the paranoid and desperate not to be identified by FB/TT
