Wich params of my reddit account i need have for subreddit creation?

Ok, thank you. Just tried create sub with account >1month old, and 70 link karma - it's works.

Positive karma and age are the most important for reddit accounts

I have some 600+ reddit accounts which are 1+ years How can i get link karmas fast, any guidance? Is there any bot?

Today I saw some reddit accounts which is created 5 days ago and with 36 link karma has it own subreddits? So this 30 day limit is still there?

Create a subreddit using one old account. Setup an automatic IFTTT recipe to autopost to that subreddit from a blog/youtube channel etc.
Use the other bots to randomly upvote the bot who posted the content.
Keep the subreddit private.
Now you have 600+ reddit accounts that can open their own subreddits.

The limits are unknown, mate. I guess it is random, but you should have atleast some karma and days to start with.

As for getting link karmas, there's a subreddit for that exchange but some people I know reported of getting their accounts banned because of that.

I suggest you find good funny/controversial content on social media and share in relevant subreddits to gain karma. Example - r/funny. A post there when going viral can give you as much as 5k link karma in a day.

Go for any latest news about some book, like the Winds of Winter (Even a selfie with George R R Martin, the author )and post it in r/asoiaf and r/GameofThrones and you will have 10k Karma. Heck, you could even click your (or neighbour's) cute pet's posts and post in r/aww and r/awww and r/dog and r/pets and gain a loadshit of Karma.
