vpn: I recommend mullvad vpn. Been using them for a year. Works fine on mac, and they don’t need your kyc info which is awesome.
parallels: I don’t think you can get it for free. It costs money to buy. Don’t fall for pirated software (specially since you are on mac) as it can f your mac up real bad.
ps: mullvad is not free, but it is not expensive either. Costs around 5.5$ a month no matter you take it for a month or a year.

But for an ARM (Apple Silicon Mac)

I am currently using UTM, it works to my satisfactory.I tried a lot of applications but I didn't get good results. If you find a good result, please let me know
