I haven't, but I read paddle takes up to 4 business days to refund stuff so I'm just waiting.

Festinger, are you even planning to restore the Vault?

The site has been in an unusable state for close to a year. And now it's been returning 404s for weeks. I stood by you and helped raise funds during the lawsuit, but I am out of patience.

If you dont plan to return a full running within one week, please refund my $199.50 lifetime payment immediately. Proof attached. Thanks

Deleted member 752298 we need to see your clients start verifying they've received their refunds, else this will be resolved in the favor of the OP and we're done with it. We'll give it another 24 hours.

Deleted member 752298, I've been waiting for a very long time to have the service and FV's website back working but, sadly, it has never truly arrived. I've never used tons of plugins, but I've used some for which I badly need updates on.

In this case, I'd require a refund for my Lifetime Membership too. Since the website is down, I can't download a receipt from there, but I can share the email address I registered with.

What are you implying here.
In any case, Festinger was the one who wanted to come back after getting hammered so we assume he wants to continue operations.
He still has the option to not show up at all and get banned again so he won't have to refund anyone and we can't do nothing about it.
I am implying that i have lifetime membership as well and don't need a refund as everything is explained above, used it for a few years and i am satisfied even its dead now. I don't understand people who use this for 2 3 years when it was operational and want a refund now...

Good for you.
Meanwhile I didn't use it that much since the plugins he provided got from another forum instead of his own buying like he claimed them to be.
By the looks of it, Festinger still wants to continue operations so he's technically not dead yet.

Yeah just 2 and a half year lol

That's true, but it doesn't apply to all the problems reported.
For example, someone who purchased in 2022 probably enjoyed two years of service, as you mentioned.

But there are some members who purchased it last year and basically didn't use anything because the FV website has been down/malfunctioning since last year.

There have also been some reports of unauthorized charges or monthly subscriptions being charged for a defective service that fails to deliver what it promises.

I used this service a few years ago and it was great, but lately it's not working anymore, I'm glad I just paid for monthly subscriptions, but it's fair to request a full or partial refund depending on each situation.

Lifetime membership can become a loophole for scammers on this forum if they are allowed to simply shut down the project for any reason and not refund anyone because members purchased something for the entire duration of the project. Thus, the owner can shut down the project and keep the money, arguing that they delivered the project while it was active, customers bought it thinking it would last for years, but it lasted for months or the project was mostly inactive or unavailable. Not fair.

He stated he would refund everyone so the lifetime access argument, because the service is no longer in place, is moot.

He's not been on since yesterday, about 30 hours ago or so, and we have sent him 2 emails from support, but no action on his end.

There are 3 staff members involved in this, and he is wasting staff resources by not doing as he said he would do, and that puts him on a very short leash.

I highly doubt he's going to refund what amounts to thousands of dollars to preserve his account.

He got unbanned, obtained all the info he forgot to save out of his DMs etc, and is off into the sunset.

No doubt one day he'll be back here under another alias.

The writing was on the wall when the only thing that ever consistently worked over the last year (flawlessly too, I might add) was the recurring billing system. I wouldn't be surprised if it's still charging unsuspecting people monthly subscription fees.

It's amazing he's still unbanned. Absolute charade.

He's got about 12 hours to refund or he'll be in the rearview mirror.
