Pandabot

Can anyone who has used panda tell me the settings they used for their campaigns? I launched a campaign for about 20 websites and all of my credits on the free version were used up in about half a day. Also, just looking for general advice for the fastest way to bring pr up quickly. I am actually trying to push down negative content by bringing up positive content with a Lower pr.
