Ofcourse it happens every Index Update and it will set up again after Panda Update. So hope for Panda in coming week

My site totally came back today to its rankings and I didn't do anything to it while it was totally gone from google.
Was there any other google update? This happened today.

A few days ago I had a site that was completely gone return to #35 for it's main keyword, but inner pages still not ranking. Before it got slammed it was #3 in a competitive niche. I hadn't been linking it recently. After it returned to #35 started backlinking pre-existing Tier1's using generic anchors. The site is slowly slipping back down. Lately, it seems like G is penalizing my sites for even tiered linking!

I have noticed that when a page is penalized, specially as you describe they become very sensitive and unstable after that, even with very slow linking. It's like the page is still on a black list of big G. I have had little success recovering from such penalties.
Its a bit big for a single post, I might make a thread about it. On September 27th (I think) my site got slapped by Panda. A follow-up refresh happened sometime in early November and my website fully recovered, and is now pulling in insane traffic. I did a fair bit of work to fix it and it WORKED.
if you could share what you did it would be much appreciated. im grappling with the same problem at the moment and struggling to find a solution.
Does anyone know anything about a new update? I was hit by the November update (lost around 50% of my traffic)... But since this happened before and I recovered a few months later I've been keeping track to see if I can recover once more.
