Panda Update Rolled Out!

Yes there has been some noticeable movement late last night and today...

This also for me. One of the biggest was drop from #1 to #5, but let's give it couple days and then see again...

I moved a few spots up but am still on the second page... BAHH!

Ehhhh so-so. Pretty much no movement at all on my end; one site has recently gone up in one countries rankings and dropped down to page 2 in another. Confusion all-around ;)

But I am skeptical that it is Panda? A refresh happened not too long ago. Could it be penguin? I'll have to see how my traffic fares today, its been bloody ridiculously good as of late.

one of my emds got #1 rank. weird because they were all hit badly when the emd update hit.

No one is reporting an update; is Mozcasts rainy day report enough to say it was a refresh?

I checked my anchors and I don't see anything abnormal.
about 20% main keyword ( a littte high)
25% page url
and the rest very varied related keywords and generic anchored.

What is interesting is that all the website was penalized, not specific pages as it usually happens.

I will keep on linking to see what happens.

No changes. on anything... emd or authority. If you got slapped what kind of site did you have (age of domain, link building technique ETC)?

I don't see any changes on my sites ranking ... I think OP experienced a little G dance :)

one of my emd returned from nowhere to #10

My latest site got completely wiped out! 100% unique and well-written content. Good internal link structure. 75% of anchors - my url, 10% - generic. No (very ) shitty BLs. Social BMs, high pr-profiles, edu links, high pr comments, unique posts on my private network. Shit!!!!!!!!! :(:(:(

Private network? The penguin update shit on people who were on networks and you thought it was a good idea to do it again just because it's 'private'.

That is a tell-tale sign of a panda update. Panda penalizes the entire site, rather than individual pages.

Just moved from #37 to #3 for a 300k exact. I haven't done any backlinking to it in the last 2 months so it must be an update. Hope it will stay there :oD

Looking in webmaster tools my EMD rankings have returned to near normal but I cannot find this using Google search in usa or uk

The blog networks getting slammed wasn't Penguin, it was manual action.

I'm 71% sure that Google is full of it when it comes to these updates. Just shuffling to scare out the rabbits.

Thank God someone understands what they're trying to do. Google is a piece of shit and can't ever control the internet's endless amount of spam, so they screw up their organic results every once in a while to turn some blackhatters into people who are dumb enough to follow the Webmaster Guidelines.
