    Hi,

I have been able to rank my websites no.1 on medium competitive keywords using web 2.0's <-- social bookmarks <-- rss <-- ping etc

Now, even I create more web 2.0's then before I am seeing no serp improvement :(

Are you guys experiencing the same thing ?

My previous rankings are as same as before but now if I try to repeat that process (web 2.0's posting and social bookmarking it) it really dont effect :(

I haven't gathered enough information after the "supposed" panda 2.5
My guess is nothing has changed besides crappy backlinks killing sites.

I've seen a lot of websites doing d0follow scrapebox blasts be taken out fast (before they even rank) and also paid homepage blogrolls

You may benefit from actually doing some work, rather than just SEnuking it... just my thought.
I've been doing 5-6 tier pyramids for a bit, and the results are taking even longer to filter down through the pyramids (upwards of 2 weeks)

I create 18 link wheels to one of my clients. I used 54 unique 2.0. properties. Every link wheel was with 6 properties (2x9) -> bookmarks -> RSS -> ping. This was one month ago. The keywords that I use was: great keyword, dyi keyword ..... 18 variants of keyword. (every link wheel was targeted to 1 keyword and no different anchored links per wheel)

Now this keyword is on position 7 and exact competition is 43 000 000.

So I think if you do it on right way, 2.0. properties are the best.

no different anchored links per wheel? so you mean each web 2.0 linked to the other with the same anchor text?

I created a unique 3x3 web2.0 with all unique content, my site has yet to move. I feel like I wasted money ordering 9 unique articles. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

    Web 2.0s still work.

Its all about the content and how its themed, this includes your anchor texts.

Just did a link push yesterday and shot me to first page for 8,000 keyword exacts. First tier was 4 unique articles and then second tier were multi level spun articles blasted with senukex to first tier. All links bookmarked, SBed, and xrummered. Seeing results on my end as well

@Bigeasy- What do you mean themed and anchor texts? How are you varying your anchor texts?

Yes, Panda penalty article directories, but this is from more than year I think. For wordpress is something new for me. I don`t use it BTW - it suspend my accounts fast :)
    Sorry,navimeister I can`t send PM yet.

Yes, the wheels are closed - this is wheel. Who say this "open wheel" - this is like "full nothing". And yes every blog is linked to the next and last blog is linked to the first, because this is link wheel. Every link wheel is separated and the reason for this is - over 5% from the blogs are down in one week so if I do wheel with 20 sites - it will be broken 99%.

I use the same spun article per wheel - 100% unique - very bad for readers in most cases.

I don`t use exact keyword nowhere, but the exact keyword density is 60% or more. This is for this client only. For my link wheels I use exact keyword and it works - bad news are that my site stay in top 10 for month or less. From my more than 2000 link wheels I know and can tell you that keyword with less than 100k exact competition (results in googlle with quotes) get top 10 with one link wheel (and on page SEO).

Looks like what you are doing is 100% correct :D

For theming, lets say your kw is "X"

    Title
I Have Had Great Experiences With Using X

    Body
Each par - 1st line sentence: long tail + x, this is like your topic sentence when you write an essay, the most important sentence in the paragraph

Anchor: Forget exact match anchors, its all about variation. So no:
    X reviews
    the best X
    cheap discounts on x

    Substitute for
long tail + x exclude words like the, and, is unless it makes sense i.e. home and garden.

Key thing here is you need to find a way to get a hold of a long tail scraper because 90% of converting searches are long tails, you need to know what the end user is typing and then rank for that similar phrase. I used some program called Long Tail Pro for a while but it doesn't cut it. Right now I am using a custom scraper but it still blows. If anyone knows of a good longtail scraper 3+ words please let me know.

I also tried SB but its limiting me to 3 words, hmm maybe there's an option to increase the amount of words per kw, I am checking it out right now.

The 'funny' thing is: my web 2.0 properties are outranking my money site. :) And my money site stays on the same spot forever. WTF?

    My next plan is.

Writing 1 content unique 100% and spin it to death 100% readable.
I will publish all the variations of 15 web 2.0s all high PR.
I will then bookmark them, RSS, Ping, Blast with AMR and Scrapebox.
Then I will blast AMR links with SB.

    Matt Cutts Twitter post on the 5th of October;

"Weather report: expect some Panda-related flux in the next few weeks, but will have less impact than previous updates (~2%)."

He posted this five days ago, why would you assume the Panda update is already finished?

I have been using Scrapebox blasts and they've not had a negative impact on my sites. Maybe you should try a guide or something. I recently embarked on buying homepage links and i've had fantastic results.

You seem to assume a lot. Do you have any evidence that "crappy" backlinks are killing sites since five days ago?

Sounds like you're making shit up.

Correct. I like to have decent content which is readable for the most part (use some spinning) I also vary anchor texts and create a "network" site, or a simple website in the same niche and send one link to the money site, and one link to the network site.

I then inter-link the network site to my money site and to other network sites which are built on expired domains that had a good page rank.

Oh, and bigeasy, Gus in your avatar scares me, he's in the only guy on T.V. that smiles while he stabs you in the neck.
