I have clients that just dropped out of the Google places ranks and their reviews are gone. Not one was fake and no spam anything was used. So pissed. Matt, if you read this it would be nice if you would address those of us that have "quality content" and give "a good experience".
I wish Google would publish the F-ing rules for people that follow rules.
Sorry for the rant, just really pissed. Anyone else had this happen?
On another note I have sites that are going from page one in Google to falling out of the top 100 and then next day back to page one and then the next day gone again.
These are legit customers that sell real products and have real stores that have real employees. Google is really impacting the economy now.
