Hi guys,

I noticed some rank update yesterday and still seeing some changes. I searched google and Panda 3.4 is confirmed.

Whats your View on 3.4 ?


Thread Overview as of March 25 2012 - Arranged by important and real facts and (this is my view inside bracket)

  • Panda 3.4 is revision+update for Panda 3.3
  • Keyword Diversity is more important -Also usage of synonyms + related opposite words ex - review and sucks
  • Content is King
  • Still some spam sites are ranking good enough. (I am sure that even we do spam maintain platform diversity and ip/domain diversity - still brilliant BH works)
  • Most of ALN sites are still ranking good. (Some aln based sites loosed ranking because 25% sites deindexed. Buy ALN again, maybe you will get rank again)
  • (This is not discussed actually. This is my prediction. Like we all see PR - page rank update. In coming days we will also see DI - de-index update. I am sure this will be planned by Google[If I am Google, I will think this way - lol]. Discussed no where in internet. Whats your opinion on this too)
  • SEO is not DEAD. Its just making BH guys more brilliant.
  • The best way to rank now is to place a picture of a lady Panda (preferably in lingerie) on the webpage you want to rank. Use your keyword to name the pic and in the 'alt' tag! (Trick by member TheMatrix for fun - but good one lol)
  • More update based on your reply...

Anchor text diversity, I guess this update is all about, though who knows what panda has to offer in future :)

Actually Google is shit. They said that will launch an over optimization update... so what does this mean? Not anchor diversfy? I thought panda is about content
 
3.3 I lost a bunch of rankings. Over the last couple of days I've seen some of these rankings come back but not to where they were. Still giving it some time to see.

Overall, it looks like things are being re-weighted. It's been a bit of a roller coaster ride for me.
 
I'm seeing my sites which were never touched by blog networks and have link diversity rising and rising in rankings. Niiice! :)

It seems like the approach of putting in the time/effort/work on creating something unique instead of creating a marketing system is actually paying off indeed.

The barriers of entry to get into IM are low, but that doesn't mean it's going to be a get rich quick scheme forever. My pages have only danced when I add new ones and some backlinks, but then they go to a higher position than they were before. No spun content on my sites, no public networks, no bought backlinking.

High-five on that. The links these sites get are built links from automatic + manual link building. As the new Panda updates are thinning out the sites based on where they have gotten their links, I am pretty confident that mine are simply going to go up with no chance in going down.

Thats all good if you are ranking 18 and move up to 16 which is no good for most people and would rather be top 10 and ideally top 3 or not ranking at all....
 
Keyword density is over :-) It's all about synonyms and the more links/day the deeper you'll end.
That's why my traffic is almost triple than before... :-)

Traffic is the blue line...

It's all about a female Panda now.

Just checked my SERPs and nothing has changed yet, I'm still recovering from 3.3 so hopefully this update could help me or at very minimum not hurt me.
