This has been a real problem when a lot of channels get fake copyright strikes and they can't do anything, even counter-notifications to youtube . A big channel like Pan piano got striked by a company in Viet Nam.
Why can they strike her 4 times in a row ? If it's music, only the publisher can strike her, right ? How can they do that, I don't think they use that song to register with any sound record. There is nothing in her video besides music, b**bs, cosplay thing, so image copyright is impossible.
I heard that TOEI animation issued copyright claims against anime review, character images but I don't think that is the problem in this case.
Until now, I've seen many copystrikes from facebook due to the setting date upload.
P/S: Is it true that she contacts a publisher or author everytime she makes a cover of a song. Is it some sort of a revenue share between them ?
