They use the excuse well if we can't scan it... I called the commission and they said no we don't take that (I've tried in multiple states). Then my next favorite question is are you a us citizen why not just use your normal ID. Works good for crypto though...

And for address verification it is easy to get any document for it.

I've had it for 2 years and I was able to pass several KYCs, but I didn't renew it last year because I didn't need it. I honestly don't remember what the KYC process was like with Palau residency, but I was able to do several on several exchanges.
I'm sorry I can't give you specific data, but when I used it, it was 3 years ago and I don't remember.

I have one! This is a great way to open accounts for crypto exchanges. Bybit only makes you complete the KYC one time. My palau ID just expired last week, but my bybit account is still active. 10/10 recommend this.
