If you repeatedly ordered a bunch of fake goods to your address and they keep on getting confiscated by customs, you could possibly get into trouble. Results may vary depending on the brand and your luck.

dont think anything will come of it. you can make things and ship them. now if you sell the item as the real deal thats a different story. but if you have posted somewhere that these are copies then i think he is ok

Exactly, the main trouble comes when someone is selling goods PERSONALLY that are fake, even if they don't know. The burden is on the person who last touches the product before handing/selling to customer.
