Pakistan proxy/VPN needed?

I know there are a lot of Pakistani providers here on BHW, so is there no one who can provide some kind of a proxy located somewhere in Pakistan?

is hard to provide this because I never saw any datacenter there and usually in Asia the prices are very big and the internet is slow
Maybe there are some public proxies from hacked computers

why in the world you would want a proxy from pakistan, most of the big sites are banned here . They cant even browse BHW without changing their Ip :S

That does seem to be the case. Couldn't find anything.
