Photoshop is the Industry Standard.

If you are a graphic designer, you need to become proficient with Photoshop.
Why? . . . Because many of your customers will be asking you to turn your
.PSD (Photoshop Project File) over to them so that they can easily
make future changes to the image if need be.

Photoshop is dominating graphic software. Secondly most of the client demand to make the graphical work like photo editing in Photoshop. Specially the plugins and filters are awesome.

Photoshop, even if at the start it should be somehow difficult, is the best. You can just do everything, with 1kkk plugin/etc! Adobe >

I wouldn't think of anything besides Photoshop. All the other image editors try and emulate photoshop for a reason. (it's the best

Photoshop is always the best, but you can try branching - definitely won't compare to photoshop.
