That is the way to do it in Google Ads. Using a domain & creating a website or landing page. But, you get your Google Ads accounts suspended.
What niches did you try ? If you (directly) tried niches that are not allowed and/or even restricted as per Google Ads policies, then account suspensions (Google Ads) can happen. Accounts (Google Ads) get suspended even due to improper campaign setup and even that can show as "suspended due to suspicious payment" !!! (By proper campaign setup, I do not mean as proper to you or as proper to me, I mean as proper to the algortithms of Google Ads).
The landing page that you create and use in Google Ads, must not appear to Google Ads algortithms as a landing page for an affiliate product or service, although it can be towards an affiliate product or service. So, such a landing page where one actually is promoting an affiliate product or service, needs to be created appropriately.
And for each suspended Google Ads account, do submit an appeal, by filling & submitting the Google Ads account suspension appeal form.

You gonna get bot traffic and even loose 2 3 dollars without any conversion. Don't get swindled by cheap traffic.

If your niche is not in the ban list, you gotta try google with the mindset that you gotta make it work.
Same with facebook and instagram.

If you're not a very experienced media buyer, forget about those niches. You won't be able to promote them on the top traffic sources without getting banned. You'll need some serious BH techniques and clever ideas.
Google allows WH affiliate links. Never had a problem with it but you need to be compliant with their policies.

100% avoid FB unless you're renting an Agency BM account, in which case you won't have any issue launching whatever you want.
Almost same advice for gAds, there's Agency accounts with great trust scores which will allow *almost* anything.
If you want to invest in a platform that for now rewards advertisers and doesn't ban that easily, look into TikTok.
