depend what exactly you want to promote. Buying random network traffic wont do it, from my experience

2 ways in my experience work the best.

A: Facebook Ads

1. Create lead magnet for your offer
2. Create Lead Capture Landing Page (you can use Mailchimp or GetResponse).
3. Collect Emails.
4. Send Emails with affiliate offers.

B: Instagram Influencers

1. Create an instagram Niche Page.
2. Put your Affiliate Offer in Bio.
3. Pay for Instagram Big Niche Pages to promote your account.
4. Your Followers will increase, so is your earnings.
