okay i just tested it out...i did a credit card cpa that was targeted traffic and out of 10,000 hits 0 sign ups oh well shit happends

That is not his source. If you read and went thru the site, it says they have computers setup that do the clicking. There is no way conversions can happen with bots.

Your right, that conversions can't happen with cpa. However, this site might work with a cpc network.
