If that happened I'm sure the network couldn't handle the traffic orders as a small supplier.

There are tons of places to get traffic, both here on BHW and elsewhere. Like OP said, you have to test, which costs money. Do you really expect OP to give away his source after he paid for the tesing. I wouldn't.

Question: Do CPA networks dislike this type of traffic? When you use bit.ly does it hide the referrer from them?

In my opinion, CPA networks hate this kind of semi-incentive traffic...
About the referrer, you can use Referer.us to blank it, then short with IsGd, then with BitLy.

Won't these uniques just come to your page for one or two seconds? Barely long enough for the analytics code to load, then they're gone. Am I right or wrong?
