I'm getting dispirited by trying to rank a site in google, was looking at some services that claim to send you x thousand visitors for a price.

can you really sell products to this traffic, is it real people? I was thinking to make a simple splash page ( I have a clickbank product that really grabs attention) and put a facebook click jacking script on it so i could build a list of subscribers to a fan page.

Is this a method that works? I havent seen many methods for paid traffic. Even if one in ten thousand people buy something i would profit.

That's really depend on your goal buddy. If your goal is to generate sales, then paid traffic like PPC, Social Media Ads or Media Buying will be the best choice. But if your goal only to generate thousands of visitors to your sites (to increase alexa ranking), then you can buy any bulk traffic. Some fellow black hatters sell that kind of service here. Just go to Buy Sell Service section of this forum. Bulk traffic (especially if it is cheap) will not really help you with your CB sales. Most of bulk traffic is not targeted. To sale a CB product your target audience must people who are looking for the information contain in your product. If you try to sell Weight Loss Guide, then you must sell it to people who want to loss their weight/fat. One of the most possible and easiest thing to reach this goal is by using PPC ads like adwords where you can target your audience based on keyword. So if you sell Weight Loss Product, you must use a keyword like "HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT" in your adwords campaign.

Hi,
I would recommend, preparing a splash page with a good offer. It might be an e-book, a gift for the visitor. If they find your advice appealing, then they would subscribe to your list. And Then you would broadcast offers (CB, CPA,...) to your list and have a look at how much you gain for your offers. It's a good idea to my opinion. There are statistics supporting this act. Yes some of them would buy your offers. Some of them not. So it's a pretty good method of IM.

Cheers
