Just wondering if anyone has ever managed to get articles published on leading online news sites such as examiner and socialmediatoday? The reason I ask is they would be great from an SEO and branding perspective for me and my company. I've heard brand management companies offer this service, but it tends to be at a stupid rate of thousands per article.
My thought is authors who publish the articles, will charge a small fee and the brand companies a large markup. I therefore presume getting in touch with authors directly makes the whole thing more affordable. Does anyone have information on publishing on high profile press sites?
