For exclusive proxies you'll not find a service that gives you different ones per day.
As soon as you are offered that you know that the quality of the IPs is bad due to the high abuse on them.
Some of your options are:
* Signing up for proxylists, those are "free" proxies that are sent by email or downloaded on websites
- That's like the ones you are using now but a bit more "exclusive", less searching time required but same disadvantages
* Tor
- Free, usually very low speed, many IPs, very good anonymity
* Cloakfish
- Based on Tor but faster, geoips and specialized for the use as proxy for mass IP requirements
* Shared proxies
- often fast speed but also abused a lot
* Exclusive proxies (Private proxies)
- often fast speed, abused much less than shared ones
* VPNs
- I'd only use that if you're in china or a similar country
* stay away from russian/eastern offers, those are hacked computers
Each of those solutions come in various ways.
Not every exclusive proxy is fast as example, you'll have to dig into the offers
As last word: I'd suggest you to buy your solution from a BHW member with good reputation/history.
The proxy business can be very dirty, in worst case you're getting illegal access to hacked computers or your exclusive proxy turns out to be not so exclusive after all.

That always depends on what you are doing.
As example if you provide a professional software that requires highly reliable proxies, or if you include services into your webpage that needs to be reliable then exclusive IPs are a good choice.
Or PVAs, PP, AC, adsense and similar also require a high IP quality.
Massive account creation on the other hand often mainly requires a lot of IPs but less quality.
The list is endless, everything you do has different requirements.

Depends on what you want to do. If you're going to do massive CL or similar account creation, good luck. Frankly unless all you want to do is sell those accounts you're better off paying someone a few bucks for 100 or 1000.
If you want to blast around on the net, not leaving any actual footprint of your IP it's a lot easier.
I've used a bunch of the paid services out there, and to my surprise I have stuck with hidemyip-com. They cost $30 to start and $8 per month (I think, I bought it a couple of years ago) for premium proxies in the US, UK, and elsewhere. The speed is decent, and Google hasn't shut me down yet when I've activated some of the hundreds of Gmail accounts I bought for $17. You can set it up to change your IP every X minutes and you can either let it rotate by itself randomly or specify a country/city to use.
The service can piss you off every now and then (takes a long time to find a proxy) but day-to-day it's the best for me at any price.
So, if you want to pretend you're an 18-year old girl in Malaysia, they have the proxies for it! Cheap!
