Paid link in comments? Will it bring real traffic?

Anyone know where to find link in comments seller? and will it bring traffics?

I'm overwhelmed on marketplace section with those links seller but I dunno which one would sell the one which will place the link in comment section..

I plan to rely the real traffic from the paid link itself, not when my website indexed on the SERP if ever..


Any suggestion?
