Paid instagram growth methods?

Hey everyone! Ive got an instagram page that has only about 100 followers. I’m looking for paid ways I can get this page off the ground. I dont want fake followers, im looking for ways to get real and engaging followers. I was looking into ig ads, but ive read so disheartening things about those. I was wondering if any of you guys could point me in the right direction. I have a budget of around $500, and i wanna be able go hit at least 1000 followers with that. Any advice at all is welcome, thanks in adavnce!

IG ads bring very poor results, it's the most "white hat" method but results are not great at all.
The popular methods are always the same:
price/results ratio is Story Voter, but your account is new with just 100 followers, it has a really low trust score from IG so I would avoid this for now as other f/uf and similar
Shoutouts, are a good way to grow fast, you have to directly look for pages that are followed by people who may enjoy your content, but most of the time gained followers will not engage
M/S is one of the best methods if you find a good provider and work on targetization.
You can also mix those, it's up to you.

Most services closed down due to the latest Instagram updates that made it a lot harder to automate.
I won't mention any that still works as it could be against the forum rules but if you look closer, I'm sure you'll be able to find some good ones.
