Paid for youtube Ratings & Comments. Do they work ?

I recently paid people from around the globe to make a positive comment on my youtube video & rate it 5 stars. I got around 100 ratings + comments on each video..

All of them came from UNIQUE IP Address (I'm damn sure about it). Each guy commented + Rated 3 videos.

My question is that will I get better rankings in youtube for my video ? It have been 24 hours since the videos were rated.
