Paid Facebook traffic?

Can you use this for CPA? How does it work exactly?

This is my understanding. You pay and the supplier advertises your link/locker/website and once it gets the amount of visitors that you requested then he quits advertising it.

Is this how it works? So it could work good for CPA correct? I am just wondering if it is just for SEO stuff where all you are looking for is traffic that doesn't do anything else. Would this convert?

Facebook Ads are strange: you don't know what you can count on.

One example: I was running one ad, with AMAZING results for 3 months. One day they just disaproved it. AFTER 3 MONTHS RUNNING.

For CPA? How did it do and how much traffic were you buying? From where?

Well I was targeting cheap countrys, like Chile, Argentina, Peru, Mexico. But not CPA.

So how did it do..?
