Well rather than paid, i would like to get manual approve free list

the guys at best web directories dot com have a list of good paid directories, you could try that one first. they also offer submission into them so i guess they keep it up to date, never used it myself though..

There are many paid directory are offered and it's also depend up on budget. I will recommend you before paid for any directory; you should verify cached date of directory. I will imply you paiddirectories dot info because this site are cached few day ago.
