Looking for an experienced paid‑ads manager to run crypto / blockchain campaigns within platform policies. Must have experience with BH traffic, funnels, and converting cold audiences.

What I’m looking for:

Someone who knows BH ad networks and traffic channels well.
Can handle campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
