Some People fall for anything and everything.
They're used to click links from email,message ,blogs without thinking there could be something wrong if you click the link directly from your account it can harm your account.

This is as old as facebook, you just spawned 100 more scammers who will now use the same exact method.

Yea, I can see how a lot of people would fall for it.
But obviously the key is just to check the URL that the link REALLY points to, then you know, if its not facebook.com, its not legit.

many messages like this arrive on all of my pages all the time, they all do the same just need to be alert and read how scammers work and keep up to date this is a very very old method nowadays the most used one is sending screenshots of fake paypal transactions or suplanting id's on forum members
