Pages indexed By google?

Hello guys, im just working with a person that needed some backlinks for his websites.
I did an specific amount of backlinks, but the client says that THE PAGES ARE NOT INDEXED BY GOOGLE, and i have just some days of making them.
I always use social bookmarks, popular sites and i can't explain this!!!
Any advice?

Just wait, It takes time too for them to get indexed.
