Pages disappeared From Google Webmaster tools

Hi All,
Do u have notice any changes in links to your site section in webmaster tools . Some of pages have disappeared from it which has more than fifty links.

what might be reason for this

I've had this happened, some of my posts have disappeared but they came back within a few days. Not sure what causes it but I would wait it out. Also check out the pages that have disappeared and compare to the pages that haven't to see if theres any major different between them.

It does happen sometime, I have seen the changes happen with the yahoo explorer. But it really happens because of the links got deletion i think. .

It happens with the update of the links, So that's why everyone suggests not to stop link building. . You should have to keep on building links. .

Moreover, No one knows what will happen with google and any other search engines all the time, They keep on changing algo and we need to follow that. .

It happens all the time in Google Webmaster Tools. The percentage of indexed pages listed in the sitemaps also varies a lot, but I try to keep it over 90% most of the time. You just need to wait and the pages shall reappear in some days. If they are not penalized for some reason, that is.
