Pages being deindexed?

So I recently launched a new site and I've noticed something strange.
When checking out WMT it ways that my pages are no longer indexed, however when doing a quick site for site:mysite.com the pages still show up and there are no manual webspam actions visible in WMT. Also keywords that were already ranking well (15-40) have disappeared from the serps (some dance it's way back in the serps for about an hour and disappear again)

I haven't done any linkbuilding to this site, it's on a fresh domain with uniue content (and low KW density)

Has anyone else experienced this before? Usually my pages get indexed and stay indexed...

What does it matter what GWT says so far as the pages are actually indexed? It takes GWT days or weeks to start displaying information for new websites, and the information it displays is updated once everyday. So with time, the correct number of indexed pages will be displayed in GWT.

Thanks for your advice, I just found it curious that WMT actually showed the pages being dropped and the rankings disappeared with them.
Usually the rankings dance a lot when I launch a new site but I haven't noticed WMT showing this.

Anyway I will give it a couple of days and hopefully this issue will be resolved by then.

Additionally, make sure you aren't blocking Google and the pages are not returning 404 errors. If neither of these are happening, there's nothing to worry about.
