Google PR update Characteristics:
1. People open new threads for PR updates. You should expect at least 3-4 threads on the topic.
2. Some people would say if their PR increase ...will SERP increase? Then we have to make them understand it does not work that
way.
3. Some people would ask if PR 10 is possible or (-) negative PR exists or not ?
4. Almost everybody on the thread will say how it effected their PR...
Its a good game ..which happens in every 3 months time.
