Pagerank on new website with no backlink how it's possible ?

hello i have many website i just check one very new maybe 2month
the page rank is "3" how it's possible i have no backlink at this time i have
not made any optimisation...

Could you help me to find why i have this pagerank i have not more 5 visit per day

I have seen this also with some of my sites. New sites have pr3 with nothing done at all.

Is pr affected by onpage? Or is it a shared ip that is perhaps adding trust? Beats me. What is the history of the domain?

It may be your internal links doing it...

I think it's an error on google ranking. Watch out for the next google ranking update. If I were you I'll start trading links to pr3 site before the update comes, so the pr3 stays.

I've had this happen before - two or three PR updates ago, one of my sites with no PR jumped to a PR4. Within a week, it shrank back to a PR2. My guess is that it was an error.

It does seem that pagerank is jumping about alot at the moment... should be all back to normal and steady in a few weeks im guessing (it normally is).

How are you checking the backlinks, via google? Or you know you havent got any?

seems like a fake PR. They are easy to fake. Google fake page rank checker and plug in the site and see what you get.
