PageRank Check using scrapebox

Whenever I do a page rank check with scrape box to see which wordpress blogs have high PR to manually post on. Do I select URL Pange rank or Domain page rank. It seems when I use URL page rank google bans the ip very quickly. If it is url page rank does anyone know a working bulk url pg checker.

Mate why you dont use proxies .
Go in proxies section there are several free proxies shared
Select and always use proxies
BTW theres also proxy harvester in SB

Use url. It check the actual url PR, where as domain PR checks the PR of the root domain.com

Use proxies and set your connections to 20% of your proxies. So if you have 10 proxies use 2 connections. If you have 100 proxies use 20 connections. I PR check thousands or hundreds of thousands of urls in 1 run like this.

I only use URL as Loopline said and
it's a good idea to use proxies

How do i change my settings to use 20% of proxies in scrape box for checking the url?

In the ScrapeBox top menu, select:

Settings > Adjust Maximum Connections > PageRank (bottom right)
