Pagerank 4 with online 1 page?

Hello everyone,

I was searching for domains to buy and I came across a domain that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. It was page rank 4 without any backlinks and only 1 page. Are these types of domains worth it to buy? I verified the page rank and its legit. I just dont understand how a single page with very little info has such page rank and would be worth it to buy for $100?

That is what I was thinking... I think it is a parked domain, with edm, and advertising.
 
Lot's of fake PR trickery out there. Frankly, I don't even consider PR anymore, there are PR 1 sites who've ranked for very tough keywords lately(churn n burn mostly).

But, yes single page PR4 domains do exist (I know because i have one)

PR doesn't have to do with the size of the site.
 
Not useful. PR may come down in next update if there is no backlink to it as you stated. But if you want the domain you may go ahead and treat as if it has PR 0 .
 
I have a 1 page website with 100 words of content and PR3, but it has good backlinks and DA, so know if fake check always what backlinks it has and what score has in moz
 
100% fake PR, OR all hidden links from PBN's - in either case, the PR won't stick, and it's worthless to you.
