Pagerage "Facebook Ads" adware, how to get it?

When you download Pagerage Facebook Layouts plugin they also start displaying their banner ads (adsense, adbrite, w/e) on your Facebook/Twitter accounts, along with some other popular websites. I was wondering how to get this so I can have users download it and my ads displayed to them, as I have traffic that will convert high with a download.

That's called adware, you'll probably need to hire a coder if you want one.
