Page with over anchor

Hey guys,
I have a page which have over anchor otpimization, but its not reiceving a lot of traffic, should i remove the page or try to stabilize anchor ratio? THe keyword has 80% . 100-115 backlinks in total(80 are from that keyword).

What should i do? i already purchase some quality diversified backlink packages today, but i dont think will be enough.
I heard that i can delete the spammy links of that keyword, but i dont know how to.

You should definitely work on diversifying your anchor text portfolio. 80% is too much. You can be hit by penguin if you do not fix that. Get more links with anchors such as "click here", website urls, "resource" and so on.
 
get rid of it as soon as possible google penguin is on the way.
 
Just use google disavow tool for quick safety and do as OP said above.
 
Does delete the post and make a new one does finish this anchor problem?
 
If majority of anchor text is keyword rich, it is not good now a days. Removing link is a tedious process. Many webmaster will not respond. Keep adding more content and links. If there are very low or no quality links, you can disavow them if you are in desperate situation.

You dont think delete the post will be better? the niche dont have much competition.

Actually the issue can be fixed in many ways. If you delete the post, there will be 404 error.
