I Need to change my page URL . is there anyway to change it 2nd time ?? i bought USA top page and i don't like current Username

facebook only allows one change, however there's a trick to change as many times as you want, what you need to do is create a new facebook fanpage, add a few likes to it, name that page with the name you want to keep and then merge the pages, when you merge the pages, facebook will actually ask you which name you want to keep, select the new one, and bingo ! you have the name you want

i guess facebook allows us to change the username thrice although you can't change page name but you can change the username
