Hello There,

Take my greetings. I need some help regarding an issue.

I have a website based on Magento. They sell custom stickers for anything. However, whenever I run page speed insight on a couple of websites, it reports that it is unable to resolve. Check the URL for validity.

The site has been indexed, and the URL is valid and crawlable. I know page speed insight has some different algorithms to crawl the website.

Even I examined various eCommerce websites based on Magento and discovered the same problem. But there are so many websites in Magento having no issue. So I am not specifying something here.

For instance, https://www.nevisport.com/. This is a big eCommerce website in Magento.

This one does not have any data in Pagespeed Insight. Can someone provide any insight on the particular cause for this? Any suggestions or ideas, even based on the example website, will work for me. Please note that I am not a dev, which is beyond my league. And the team has no developer right now. So I am trying to figure out the issue and will forward it to the main team.

Thanks in advance.

Try checking with your hosting/server. Server logs often can tell you a lot, maybe the IP or User agent is forbidden from accessing the website. I've also seen (but this seems not the case) that websites were hacked and had scripts blocking several bots.

Thank you so much. The team is confirmed that the website is never hacked. But I got some excellent points from your reply. I am forwarding it to the team and telling them to check the server.

Thanks again.

If anyone has any suggestions that would be helpful. Thank you.

Hey, @DeepHat, thanks for your suggestion. It was blocked from the Server, and now the entire site is accessible via Page Speed Insight.

I appreciate your help.
