I found this and it supposedly checks your meta tags and keyword density and makes some suggestions.

It's free so I thought I'd share it.

I'm still getting use to in page SEO, so does anyone have any other tools that they would highly recommend?

I've used it in the past. Nothing special but its a pretty solid tool.

I'm pretty found of IBP as it helps you do 90% of the on-site SEO for a page.
